Back on stages

Hi folks!!,

After a long time out of the bussiness, I am back. Since the last entry, I have been playing back with C, C#, GTK+ and Lisp as well as learning a little ELisp and other stuff.
I started my own regresion program that quickly became a more complete numerical analysis tool for Physics and other sciences students, it's called: monumeric Monumeric. This morning I started a nother library with GUI app called mphysics. I am using The GNU Scientific Library to develop it. I am still in doubt about using GTK+/GNOME or Gtk#/GNOME# in order to develop the GUI (the library will be in C (*)). We'll see. Now again I have another problem, were is the grid widget in GTK??. GtkSheet in GtkExtra :-). Nice try. I am on it, but I'll be needing a grid sometime in the forthcoming future and I really think I'll have to write my-own-that-will-never-be-standard one. Well, at least my degree in Physics is closer, just three non-complicated and already-studied subjects left. My cheers to all the supporting friends whose feedback keep me onward, specially Paco, Malglam, Mariajo, Loren, Enlavin, Pummel and of course, Marisa. Keep on flying down through the night.

(*) C#, the wonderfull language I have talked about time after time (http://www.go-mono.com), has not builting complex types. What???. Yep, it's true. Even it's straightforward to write your own complex class... you really don't want to. I did it myself, a very complete one. Then I wrote a Matrix one, till the complex version of my Determinant method in libregresion (see the link of monumeric, above), 0.28 seconds in my fast PIV 1.8GHz laptop took a complex 3x3 diagonal matrix to return it's determinant. What the hell I am supposed to do with that. I can't imagine what a 1000x1000 legendre+sphere harmonics can take.

Happy because we have a hacklab meeting in two hours

Finally after a long, sad time without having a hack/geek meeting we are having one in just two hours counting down from now.
As Pummel would have said: we have a mission to complete
People that claimed to be there?: Tripu, nauj27, malglam, enlavin, lgs, Bladecoder, Pummel and myself. Let's see how many of us will be there in the end.
I have only come here seeking peace, I have only come here seeking me... it seems I can't live.
Now, a rushing sound is going higher, and higher, and higher...

I feel myself missused, abset. Fortunately I got this new video from VNV Nation, Epicentre, from a LP called Futureperfect. Couldn't be it as it prays in that title?. ;-;- Future Perfect -;-; But no matter how, I always come back to the roots of those who live in the unspoken side. ...

"It's colder than before
The seasons took all they had come for
Now winter dances here
It seems so fitting don't you think?
Dress the ground in white And grey
It's so quiet I can hear
My thoughts touching every second
I spent Waiting for you
Circumstances affords me
No second chance
To tell you How much I've missed you

My beloved do you know
When the warm wind comes again
Another year will start to pass
And please don't ask me why I'm here
Something deeper brought me
That I need to remember

We were once young and blessed with wings
No heights could keeps us from their reach
No sacred place we did not soar
Still greater things burned within us
I don't regret the choices that I've made
I know you feel the same

My beloved do you know
How many times I stared at clouds
Thinking that I saw you there
These are feelings that do not pass so easily
I can't forget what we claimed was ours

Moments lost though time remains
I am so proud of what we were
No pain remains No feeling
Eternity awaits
Grant me wings that I might fly
My restless soul is longing
No pain remains No feeling
Eternity awaits

Moments lost though time remains
I am so proud of what we were
No pain remains No feeling
Eternity awaits
Grant me wings that I might fly
My restless soul is longing
No pain remains No feeling

Eternity awaits"...

These are feelings that do not pass so easily...
